Processing Time:

  • We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days, and in some cases, we may ship same-day if the order is placed before 1 PM (local time).

  • Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note that processing can take up to 5 business days during high-volume periods or for special circumstances.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • We offer a variety of shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • If the shipping option you have selected includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Delays:

  • While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, may impact delivery times.

  • If there are any significant delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees and import taxes may apply.

Returns Policy

At PEDL Automotive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please have a read through our returns policy below.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • We may ask for photos or other proof of the issue to help us process the claim.

Returns Process:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.

  • Please ensure that the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • PEDL Automotive will not pay for VAT/import duties on returned items and your return will be rejected if we are requested to do so.

  • Any unauthorized returns will be rejected 

Refunds:

  • After we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund. You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned items.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
